Our training courses are tailor made for the specific needs and outcomes of an organization.

Train the Trainer :
We have a unique approach to training trainers. Our process works on identifying the trainee’s unique and authentic personality traits and aims at enhancing their ability to communicate and deliver content such that it has impact and it empowers the students.
We work specifically with the trainee’s ability and confidence to deliver content effectively, lead a room of participants and coach the participants toward insights.
Levels:
• Basic Trainer: learn basic training skills – (2 day)
• Advanced trainer: learn more advanced training skills (6 weeks with feedback)
• Facilitator: learn deep facilitation skills (12 months)
*Note: A prerequisite for our Trainer program requires successful completion of our coaching skills for managers training.

Coaching skills for managers:
Many managers in organizations are managers by being great at their job. They have not been adequately trained to manage people and more specifically lead people to become the best at what they do.
Outdated management techniques and models are still being used today and the effect is that employees are not developing their real potential that will bring real results and ROI for a company.
Our coaching skills for managers program offers a unique skill set of empowering staff to be there best. It is unlike no other management training program available in the world today because of our unique approach to creating advanced personal awareness and transformation in the behavior of the managers.

Advanced communication skills (1-2 day)
Communication is the heart of any human interaction. It’s simple, human beings run organizations and how they do it is through communication. Breakdowns in communication cause a majority of challenges and breakdowns in organizational structures.

Change management:
Just as human beings undergo constant change in our life so too do organizations.
We apply the principle of KAIZEN: Constant and Everlasting change in order to direct organizations to change with evolutionary progress at the right time without being forced to change when times get tough.
Change management needs to be part of an organizations overarching and visionary strategy looking into the future so that it can sustain itself in the long term.

Mindful Money (2day):
A powerful 2 day transformational training learning the art of working with and managing money effectively.
Participants learn:

• How to develop an easy savings plan and create wealth
• Dealing with inner conflicts when it comes to money

Presence – Improvisation Personal development training :
A 6 day development program for teams and leaders in two blocks of 3 days one month apart. Born in the intersection between acting and coaching, it is designed to explore our relationship to the Unknown, and to enhance Self, Social and Creative Intelligence.
Combining the dynamic energy of improvisation with the depth of inquiry of coaching, it creates a context in which individuals and groups can learn through their own experience and be supported to have profound insights, become fully present and learn to be at ease with the Unknown.
Participants learn:
• The art of being present in any situation without emotional reactions and fears emerging
• How to play their role successfully as part of an interconnected team
• The art of being at ease with the unknown and navigating through challenges with ease and fearlessly.
• Understanding your relationship to fear, its nature and not allowing fear to paralyze or hold you back
• To manage complexity and adapt to changing environments quickly. Fast Company Magazine identified adaptability as the single most important skill to develop in order to thrive in the 21st century
• Be responsive, think on their feet and enhance their mental agility
• Self discovery by experiential learning.

Emotional Intelligence :
Any approach to emotional intelligence without personal self-discovery and a personal transformation aspect is going to bring nominal results.

Stress causes an aging body, slowing mind, conflicting emotions and causes reduction in performance and effectiveness.
Participants learn:
• What is stress and how it impacts us
• The effects of stress on the body, brain and sleep
• The effect of overstressed adrenal and nervous system
• Compounding effects of stress
• Techniques on how to overcome and eradicate stress
• The difference between Distress and Eustress.

We facilitate groups in the following way:
• Group Coaching: for sales teams, management teams, executive teams or other. This is offered for groups that have a common purpose and require an outside facilitator to extract the best and most unique ideas quickly and effectively, support action of commitments, implementation of ideas, increase accountability and feedback of results.

• Organizational constellations: A process that identifies and resolves the core issue inside an organization where no other method can find the cause nor has an impact.
